烘培- Orange Yogurt Cake

眼见呆在冰箱的柳橙和优格就快过期了,就在网上搜到了一个二合一的蛋糕食谱。成果还不赖,蛋糕由于优格所以不会干涩。下次会尝试加Cranberry和铺上巧克力Frosting, yummy...



Orange Yogurt Cake (Makes a 6" square cake)

Ingredient A:
125g butter
60g sugar
3 egg yolks

Ingredient B (Mix together, set aside):
1 tbsp orange rind
1 tbsp orange juice
125g plain yogurt
50g raisin

Ingredient C (Sieve together):
125g all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder

3 egg whites
20g sugar
pinch of cream of tartar

1. Line and lightly grease a 6" square baking tray. Preheat oven to 150C
2. Cream both butter and sugar till light and fluffy
3. Incorporate egg yolk one at a time
4. Add ingredient (B)
5. At minimum speed, slowly add ingredient (C)
6. In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites till stiff by gradually adding sugar
7. Gently fold egg whites into the batter
8. Pour into the prepared tray and bake for 35-40 minutes
