孕妇无法抵挡的西点


怀这第二胎不知道为何有好强烈的渴望想吃Choux Puff(Choux 读为 "Shoe"), 似乎每天都在想。可是,最爱的Choux Puff 是位于Midvalley的Beard Papa。只好自己动手做了,其实并没有想象中难,只是步骤比较复杂。但是最终的成果果然是值得满意。我采用了我最信赖的Florence食谱。虽然还不及Beard Papa的好吃,可是我肯定会再挑战。Custard 馅料可以两三天提前准备冷藏,Choux Puff必须现做西安吃。不适合冷藏,这样会让Choux Puff 失去外脆内软的口感。我觉得这次的 Choux Puff 算成功吧,不然家里的两个搞怪父女就不会偷偷摸摸的吞了几颗空心Choux Puff。我想会在下次把Custard馅料变化一下,来个黑芝麻或抹茶口味都不错:)

  2. Yeah, very troublesome to make this but definitely worth the effort when u get to finally taste the final result, satisfying yummmzzz....
